Ron Wehe, the owner of Augusta Homes Inc, has been building custom homes in Arizona since 1994. Growing up in Indiana, he was surrounded by a family of builders. His easy going mid-western style is an important attribute in the home building process. Ron graduated in 1985 from Rocky Mountain College in Billings Montana and has been in the building industry here in the valley ever since. Many of the custom homes are in north Scottsdale, Desert Mountain and Carefree. Ron's work ethic, attention to detail, experience, loyalty to his subcontrators, and personal pride in every home he builds, make him a quality builder.

Tim McShane has been involved in real estate development and new home construction since his graduation from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 1984. Tim has had the experience of working with architects and custom home builders in both Santa Fe and north Scottsdale since 1992. Years of selling and observing the home buyers and the home building process has given Tim the ability to listen, advise and execute. Over the years he has met the needs of customers - from home site selection to floor plan design.
